Truhlarova Finishes Third as Women’s Golf Opens Season at Vulcan Invitational

Belle Vernon, Pa. – The Adelphi women’s golf team opened its 2026-27 campaign with a third-place finish at the Vulcan Invitational on Friday afternoon at Cedarbrook Golf Course. Nikola Truhlarova led the way for the Panthers, finishing third overall at five-over. As a team, the Brown and Gold shot 69-over. After shooting 39-over collectively in the opening round, they improved by nine strokes (+30) on day two.
