Volleyball Swept by Francis Marion on the Road

Box Score FLORENCE, S.C. - The Shorter Volleyball team suffered defeat in straight sets (16-25, 19-25, 24-26) Saturday afternoon to Francis Marion at the Smith University Center. The loss drops the Hawks to 3-7 overall and 1-2 in conference play. The Hawks got off to a slow start to begin the first set, falling victim to a 12-3 run by the hosts.
