Lesperance leads Lycoming past Marywood

TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. – Sophomore Tre Lesperance (Chadds Ford, Pa./Unionville) led the Lycoming College golf team with a 3-over-par medallist performance, as Lycoming had the top three finishers in a 318-351 dual meet win over Marywood University on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 12, at the par-71, 6,392-yard Stonehedge Country Club. Lesperance posted three birdies and 12 pars during his round, posting an even-par 36 on the front nine to win the dual meet by four strokes over senior Will Eberz (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg), who notched a 7-over-par 78, carding two birdies and eight pars.
