USI Men’s Soccer ties UE to earn first result in Mayor’s Cup since 2022

EVANSVILLE, Ind.— University of Southern Indiana Men's Soccer played to a scoreless tie with cross-town rival University of Evansville Tuesday night at McCutchan Stadium. The draw earns the Screaming Eagles (0-3-3) their first result in the Mayor's Cup since 2022 and snaps a three-game skid. USI turned away 19 UE shots, including eight in the final 21 minutes, to preserve the scoreless draw.
