Concord Rolls to 6-1 Win at Wheeling

WHEELING, W.Va. – The Concord University women’s soccer team tied its season high in goals as it cruised past Wheeling with a 6-1 victory at Wheeling Sunday afternoon in a Mountain East Conference contest at Bishop Schmitt Field. The Mountain Lions (2-6-1, 2-4-1 MEC) needed 28 minutes to get the scoring started as sophomore defender Molly Watters scored twice in 100 seconds.
