Chiefs news: Villanova wide receiver signs after successful minicamp tryout

The Kansas City Chiefs continue to search for answers at wide receiver from top to bottom as they rebuild much of that part of the roster. On Tuesday, the team swapped out fringe competitors aiming for a chance with the news that the Chiefs had signed a tryout player to a new deal. The Chiefs apparently liked what they saw in Villanova wide receiver Jaaron Hayek. They signed him after watching him compete in a tryout role during rookie minicamp over the weekend. To make room, the Chiefs waived another recently signed undrafted free agent, Reggie Brown from James Madison....
