Hatters Open 2026-27 With Sixth Place FInish

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Stetson golfers Uy Doan and Simon Engman each posted top-10 finishes to lead the Hatters to a sixth-place finish at the Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate at Grande Dunes Resort Club. The Hatters concluded the three-day, 54-hole tournament at 6-under par, finishing one stroke behind Campbell and three strokes behind UTSA in the opening event of the 2026-27 season. Tournament host Coastal Carolina captured the team championship at 29-under par, the second-lowest 54-hole team score in program history.
