CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina softball team beat the Appalachian State Mountaineers 3-1 on Sunday to clinch the Sun Belt Conference series at St. John Stadium. With the win, the Chants improve to 27-17, 7-8 Sun Belt, while App State falls to 16-21 and 4-11 in league play.
