10. Kahlil Tate, S, Kenwood Academy 

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Tate is a talented athlete that has played both in the secondary and at wide receiver for Kenwood Academy. Last season, he was an all-conference player with over 400 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, Tate had 63 tackles, five interceptions and two forced fumbles. The three-star prospect made Hawkeyes fans happy in July as he committed to Iowa over Wisconsin, becoming the 17th member of the program’s 2023 class.
