5. Emory Williams, Sr., Milton

Another quarterback who pledged to stay in state this summer was Williams, as he became Mario Cristobal’s first quarterback commit at Miami. Ranked as a top-30 quarterback in the 2023 class, Williams shined as the starter at Milton High School in 2021, throwing for 2,168 yards, 16 touchdowns and just three interceptions. The Panthers went just 5-6 last season, but with their 6-foot-4, 190-pound quarterback under center and continuing to develop, Milton should see better results in 2022.
