3. Normie Smith (1935-45)
Smith came through in the clutch. The 5-foot-7 Torontonian tallied back-to-back Stanley Cup trophies (1936-37) between the pipes. He topped the league in victories each of those years.
In 1936-37, Smith registered six shutouts and posted a 2.05 GAA to lead the league. Additionally, he took home the 1937 Vezina Trophy.
