6. Dalen Davis, PG, Whitney Young
At 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, Davis is one of the smaller players on this list, but his talent stacks up with just about anyone. A solid shooter, attacker of the basket and terrific passer, Davis led Whitney Young to a Chicago Public League title last season, and will look to do the same in 2022-23. Throughout the spring and summer, Davis shined during AAU play with Nike Meanstreets, further growing his list of college interests. Davis is one of the most recent college commits on this list, becoming one of the latest from the Chicago area to head to the Ivy League as he chose the Princeton Tigers over offers from home-state Illinois and college basketball powerhouse Kansas.
