Top 10 Virginia boys basketball players in Class of 2023

8. Curtis Blair, SF, Steward School 

Blair made it to the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II state semifinals with Steward School last year. The 6-foot-5 small forward led the Spartans in scoring last season with around 19 points per game. In March, the three-star committed to Liberty.
