10. Anthony Edwards, G
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Timberwolves has lived up to all of the high expectations. Edwards averaged 19.3 points in his first NBA season and was named to the All-Rookie first team for it. On Dec. 15, 2021, Edwards became just the seventh player in NBA history to score 2,000 points in his first 100 games at age 20 or younger, joining LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Luka Doncic and Zion Williamson. Then in his playoff debut on April 16, 2022, he proved to be a postseason performer by dropping 36 points and six assists. Edwards is in just his third NBA season and should he stay in Minnesota for the foreseeable future, he could end up near the top of this list when it’s all said and done.
