10. Earl Monroe (1967-72)
Another Hall of Famer who is better known for his play on another team, Monroe played four and a half strong seasons with the Baltimore Bullets before heading to the New York Knicks. In that short amount of time, Monroe showed why he was set for a Hall of Fame career as he was named the 1967-68 Rookie of the Year, a 1968-69 All-NBA selection and a two-time All-Star while he averaged 23.7 points, 4.6 assists and 3.7 rebounds over 328 games in Baltimore. His No. 10 jersey was retired by the Wizards in 2007.
