- Ray Bourque, D (1979-2000)
Bourque slipped on the Bruins jersey for 21 years. He accumulated 1,506 total points (395 goals and 1,111 assists). He still holds the franchise records for points, assists and games played. Bourque was also an 18-time All-Star.
Bourque solidified his legacy on the defensive end by winning the Norris Trophy five times.
He retired in 2001, and shortly after, his No. 77 was retired. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame three years later.
