The 10 longest regular season win streaks in NBA history

19 games – Atlanta Hawks, 2014-15

The very next season, the Atlanta Hawks reeled off 19 straight wins of their own. Beginning with a 90-85 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Dec. 27, 2014, the Hawks went on to win the next 19 games before finally dropping a contest to the New Orleans Pelicans 115-100 on Feb. 2, 2015.

Atlanta used the winning streak to help secure the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference. After beating the Brooklyn Nets 4-2 in the first round and the Washington Wizards 4-2 in the Eastern Conference semifinals, the Hawks were put up against a buzz saw by the Cleveland Cavaliers led by LeBron James. The Cavs handled the Hawks easily, sweeping Atlanta in four games.
