3 Xfinity drivers poised to breakout in 2023 NASCAR Cup Series

(BVM) – The 2023 NASCAR season is just about a month away, and the new year will bring several changes to the track. Most notably, there will be some new faces joining the Cup Series, some old faces returning, and a couple of notable drivers competing for different teams.

Some of those guys include Kyle Busch, who will make his debut in the No. 8 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing (RCR), and Jimmie Johnson, who plans to return to the track for a select number of races after joining Petty GMS as a part owner.

However, 2023 will also see a few new drivers becoming full-time Cup Series members after dominating in the Xfinity Series in 2022. As a group, these three drivers won 16 of the 28 Xfinity races that were run last year, and they will look to carry over that success to the Cup Series track beginning in February at Daytona. Here are the most-notable Xfinity Series drivers from 2022 that will be competing full time in the Cup Series in 2023.
