10. Grayson McCall, Coastal Carolina

McCall has a 28-4 overall record and is a three-time Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year as a Chanticleer. After entering the transfer portal, McCall announced he would be returning.

He’s passed for 8,086 yards and 78 TDs after redshirting his freshman year. Now he’s aiming to lead his squad to the top of the Sun Belt again.
