4. Clemson

While Dabo Swinney’s stance on the transfer portal is well known, it’s still surprising over the past few offseasons that Clemson hasn’t dipped its toes into the transfer waters. With quarterback DJ Uiagalelei heading to Oregon State, it seems that the Tigers’ lack of moves point to Cade Klubnik getting the full opportunity in the starting spot. Seven former Clemson players have found themselves on the way to a new situation for 2023 but Swinney and his staff have shown zero interest in being on the receiving end of the portal.
