4. Pascal Siakam, Toronto Raptors

It’s been quite the disappointing season for the Raptors making them arguably the most interesting team in the league at the trade deadline. While the team has struggled, Siakam has not. The dynamic forward is still averaging 24.9 points, eight rebounds and 6.2 assists. He also has a true shooting percentage of 56%.

Despite Toronto’s struggles this year, Siakam’s teammates made their disappointment of his exclusion known.
