WR Marquise Goodwin (5-foot-9, 180-pounds) topped 22.25 MPH on an 84-yard receiving touchdown with the Buffalo Bills during Week 2 of the 2016 season (video). 

At the time, Goodwin was in his fourth year in the NFL. Since then, he’s also recorded the No. 4 fastest top speed of the 2017 season (21.68 MPH with the San Francisco 49ers). 

Also in 2016, 6-foot-1, 210-pound second-year RB Tevin Coleman sped up to 22.25 MPH with the Atlanta Falcons as he ran out of bounds during a Week 5 matchup against the Denver Broncos (video).
