8. Patrick Spencer, RHP, Washington

Spencer is a right-hander that brings four pitches to the mound. His fastball can reach 92 mph, and his changeup reaches 87 mph. He posted a 4.20 ERA with one win in four appearances last season, according to MaxPreps. He will hit the diamond as a senior looking to lead Washington High School to the playoffs before joining Mattox in Oxford.
