Top 10 Arizona high school baseball players in Class of 2023
8. Joshua Tiedemann, 3B, Hamilton
Tiedemann is Arizona’s top third baseman and the first Hamilton Husky to appear on this list. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound utility man led Hamilton in batting each of the last two seasons and was instrumental in the Huskies’ 2022 state title as he batted .371 with eight home runs and 27 RBIs. Tiedemann is also Hamilton’s only returning starter from last season’s rotation after he went 7-0 with a 2.50 ERA on the mound as a junior. The 2022 Gatorade Player of the Year nominee will help defend the Huskies’ Class 6A title before continuing his baseball career at TCU.
