Noah Sewell, other NFL siblings, dominate Day 1 of combine

Noah Sewell, LB, Oregon

Noah may not be a top-10 pick like his brother, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a strong resume. The former Oregon Duck played three seasons in Eugene where he recorded 215 tackles, 20.5 tackles for loss, 11 pass deflections, 7.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, two interceptions and a fumble recovery in 33 career games.

Unsurprisingly, the linebacker measured in much smaller than his brother Penei who was recorded at his pro day at 6-foot-4 and 331 pounds. Noah was listed at 6-foot-1 and ½ inches and 246 pounds. Noah didn’t participate in every drill but recorded a 4.64 40-yard dash,  a 9-foot-7 broad jump and a 33-inch vertical jump, beating his brother’s numbers in each event (5.09 40-yard dash, 9-foot-1 inch broad jump and a 28-inch vertical jump). However, Noah couldn’t beat Penei on the bench press as he repped 225 pounds 27 times to his older brother’s 30.

Sewell also looked the part in on-field drills, showing off a fluid change of direction and soft hands during the day.
