Noah Sewell, other NFL siblings, dominate Day 1 of combine
BJ Ojulari, LB, LSU
BJ and his brother Azeez played the same position in college as edge rushers. BJ played three seasons with the LSU Tigers where he recorded 129 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, 16.5 sacks, two pass deflections and two forced fumbles in 34 career games.
With the brothers playing the same position, the two have similar measurements and had some similar performances in on-field drills as well. At the combine, BJ measured at 6-foot-2 and 248 pounds while his brother measured 6-foot-2 and 249 pounds.
The younger Ojulari didn’t do many tests at the combine, recording a 10-foot-6 broad jump and a 32.5-inch vertical jump. With these performances, BJ and Azeez actually split the testing as BJ beat his brother’s 30-inch vertical jump but was bested by a 10-foot-7 broad jump by his elder sibling. Given the eerily similar performances, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see BJ get drafted around the same time his brother was in the middle of the second round.
