Titans shopping Derrick Henry; top 5 landing spots for star RB
3. Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles are coming off a dominant season in which they fell just short to the Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII. One of the strongest parts about Philadelphia’s team is its run game, as Miles Sanders produced a solid year complemented by backups Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott. However, the Pro Bowl back in Sanders is a free agent this offseason, and Philly could look to replace him with Henry.
The Eagles have never been shy about adding big names, evidenced by making a trade with the Titans to bring in A.J. Brown last offseason. It’s possible Henry is reunited with Brown in the City of Brotherly Love where he would also join a couple of Alabama products he just missed crossing paths with in Tuscaloosa in Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith. A rushing attack featuring Hurts and Henry is a scary thought behind a strong offensive line, and the All-Pro running back could be the piece the Eagles ultimately need to get over the hump.
