2. Cal Fisher, SS, Deerfield High School

More than 50% of the time last year when Fisher stepped up to the plate for Deerfield, he got a hit. The shortstop had a .571 batting average, a .647 OBP and a 1.171 slugging percentage to go along with 32 RBIs and nine home runs. The Florida State commit led the Demons to the sectionals before losing to eventual WIAA Division 3 state champions Cuba City. With Fisher’s offense and defense, Deerfield could make a postseason run and Fisher will be a mustwatch player all season.
