7. Thomas Burns, RHP, Hortonville High School 

Burns put the WIAA on notice last year and became an ace for Hortonville. The right hander went 7-0 with a 0.88 ERA and 83 strikeouts. Hortonville made it to sectionals and Burns committed to Arizona State. He’ll be a sight to see every time he steps onto the mound for the Polar Bears. Hortonville can definitely make a run this year with Burns.
