7. Brandon Larson, 3B (1994-97)
The 6-foot Texan seized the 1997 College World Series MVP trophy. He logged a .381 batting average with 40 home runs and 118 RBI. Larson was taken by the Cincinnati Reds as a first-round selection in the 1997 MLB Draft.
Larson toiled for a few years in the minors, then appeared in 109 big league games between 2001 and 2004. Following that, he became a big-league scout. These days, Larson has taken his talents to the coaching realm.
