4. Kansas Jayhawks (115 wins) 

Kansas may be the winningest basketball program of all time, but in terms of wins in the NCAA Tournament, they are still creeping toward the top spot. Losing in the second round of the 2023 March Madness resulted in a 115-48 record overall, which is 2.3 wins per appearance. With four national titles under their belt (1952, 1988, 2008, 2022) and 16 Final Four appearances after 50 appearances, the college basketball powerhouse is still neck-and-neck with the lower-ranked spot on this list.
