2023 Frozen Four: Top 5 NHL prospects playing for a title
Honorable mention
Yaniv Perets, G, Quinnipiac
Perets is one of the top collegiate goaltenders in the nation, sporting a 32-4-3 record, a 1.46 goals-against average (GAA) and a .932 save percentage. Those numbers have helped Perets and the Bobcats reach the Frozen Four for the third time, where they’ll face Michigan, which knocked them out in the regional final last season.
Jimmy Snuggerud, F, Minnesota
Snuggerud has provided a lot of offense for the Golden Gophers, recording 50 points (21 goals and 39 assists) in 38 games as a freshman, and was also taken with the No. 23 overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues.
