Last season, Sharp averaged 7.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and a whopping 4.1 blocks for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. His 4.1 blocks per game led the country by nearly one total block, the next closest was Oral Roberts’ Connor Vanover with 3.2, and his 131 total blocks was 21 more than the second-place finisher.
Given his defensive prowess, Sharp was named the Conference USA defensive player of the year, the second straight year he took home the award. With Sharp’s penchant for rejecting shots at the rim, the center should have plenty of suitors for him in the portal. Here are the top five landing spots for the 7-foot-5 shot blocker.
