Jamarion Sharp transferring: 5 possible landing spots

5. Louisville

Sharp is a Kentucky native, growing up and playing basketball in Hopkinsville. Though Louisville finished the 2022 campaign with a horrendous 4-28 record, they are looking to make a quick turnaround.

The Cardinals have already added former four-star point guard Skyy Clark from the University of Illinois. Add in the fact that Louisville has lost numerous forwards to the transfer including 6-foot-11 forward/center Roosevelt Wheeler and the need is obvious.

Yes, the team does have rising sophomore Emmanuel Okorafor at center, but he only played 75 total minutes last season. The Cards will also have 7-foot-1 incoming freshman Dennis Evans on the roster next year, but if they want an experienced big to help jumpstart their rebuild, Sharp could be a great fit as a home-state native.
