3. Pete Alexander
Alexander totaled a rookie-record 28 wins on the bump as a rookie in 1911 and averaged about as many in his seven seasons in Philly. During a three-year stretch from 1915-17, he came away with a win 94 times. His 2.18 ERA is the third-best of any Phillie all-time, behind only George McQuillan (1.79) and Lew Richie (2.06).
