Connor Vanover, 7-foot-5 center, enters portal; 5 landing spots

4. Arkansas

Not many players return to a former program, but it is not unprecedented as Jalen Cook showed this year by transferring back to his first team of LSU after a year at Tulane. This could be a move Vanover makes as well as he could join an Arkansas program that is clearly making a push for a title.

The Razorbacks have been incredibly active and successful in the portal, adding numerous top players while being in on many more. This, coupled with the previous relationship the two sides have, could be enough for Vanover to return to the team.

The biggest question would be Vanover’s fit. He didn’t get a lot of playing time during his previous Fayetteville stint and now the team arguably has even more talented players, so would the big man get the playing time he’s searching for? That is the ultimate question.
