15 high schools have multiple alums picked in 2023 NFL Draft
(BVM) – During the 2023 NFL Draft, 259 players were selected to begin their professional football journeys. These players each had to start somewhere, specifically playing football at the high school level before making their way to college and now the pros. The pool of 259 players represented 243 high schools across the country from Hawaii to New Jersey and nearly every state in between with 38 states and the District of Columbia each having a representative.
Among these 243 high schools, just 15 had multiple alumni selected while only one had more than two picked. That school was Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas which had alumni in third-round pick Cedric Tillman and fifth-round picks Dorian-Thompson Robinson and Kyu Blu Kelly.
