Ernest Udeh Jr. enters transfer portal; Top 5 landing spots
Arkansas
Arkansas is a team that was interested in Udeh Jr. coming out of high school, and while the Razorbacks weren’t one of his finalists then, the 6-foot-11 center could see them as a good fit now. Head coach Eric Musselman has been very active in the transfer portal already this offseason, but what he hasn’t yet brought in is a quality big. While Arkansas will have Mahki Mitchell coming back, as well as Jalen Graham and potentially a healthy Trevon Brazile, the team does have to look to replace Mahkel Mitchell inside. Perhaps incoming freshman Boye Fall will help out with that, but Udeh Jr.’s athleticism and length would be a perfect fit in Musselman’s system. Arkansas is a place where he might not get a ton of minutes right away, but is also a spot where Udeh Jr. could flourish in the long run.
