No. 2 – Jack Sawyer 

Sawyer’s 247 Sports profile shows he had a player rating of 0.9980. The 6-foot-5, 248-pound defensive lineman graduated from Pickerington North in the Class of 2021. He ranks at No. 42 on 247 Sports’ all-time list.   

Sawyer was known for his strength in high school. He had 37 tackles, 19 tackles for loss and 13.5 quarterback sacks. 

He just wrapped up his second season with the Ohio State Buckeyes, where he played in all 13 games for the 2022 season and contributed 24 total tackles. The 21-year-old is projected to be a top defensive end in the 2024 NFL Draft.
