Top 10 all-time leading passers in Virginia HS football
7. Vic Hall, Gretna (2001-04)
An undersized player from a small Virginia school, Hall was the best athlete on the field during his time under center for the Hawks. Over his four seasons as a starter, Hall threw for 8,731 yards, breaking the state record at the time. The signal-caller ultimately decided to stay home and committed to in-state Virginia.
During his time with the Cavaliers, Hall played numerous positions including quarterback, defensive back and return man. Hall ultimately went undrafted in the 2010 NFL Draft and signed as a free agent with the Chicago Bears and later the New York Jets before finishing his playing career in the Arena Football League. He is currently the passing game coordinator and defensive backs coach at Ball State University.
