Autumn Owen transferring; 5 landing spots for slugger
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (BVM) – Junior catcher Autumn Owen had a breakout season for the Marshall Thundering Herd this spring. In her second year at Marshall, Owen slashed .444/.557/.887 while winning the Sun Belt Conference Triple Crown and being named a consensus All-American. She finished the year ranking in the top-10 nationally in batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, home runs and RBIs.

However, with one year of eligibility remaining, the rising senior decided to put her name in the transfer portal on Monday, putting another elite batter on the market.
Marshall C Autumn Owen has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer.
The 2023 Sun Belt offensive Triple Crown winner, Owen spent two years at Marshall after previously transferring from Gardner-Webb.
