Team Canada’s 10 greatest hockey players of all time
10. Chris Pronger, D (1997-2010)
The 6-foot-6, 220-pounder set the tone for Team Canada. Pronger was a beast of a blueliner. He’s the only player to see action in every game for Canada in the 1998 and 2002 Winter Olympics. The Great White North recaptured Olympic gold in 2002 after going half a century without. Pronger holds the record for most games played (25) and points (9) by a Canadian defenseman. The Ontario-born star served as an assistant captain on two Olympic gold medal-winning teams (2002 and 2010).
Congratulations to 7x Team Canada alum, Chris Pronger, named as a 2015 #HHOF inductee. #Classof2015 pic.twitter.com/81SN3kmVyH
