10. Jagan Cleary, Yuma Catholic (2012-14)

Cleary rounds out the list at No. 10. The 6-foot signal caller threw for 9,440 yards at Yuma Catholic High School. He went on to play for Lake Forest College in Illinois. In 2016, he finished second in the Midwest Conference in both completion percentage and passer rating. Cleary continued to cement his place as one of the best in Lake Forest football history.
