10. Erick All, TE, Iowa

All was a former captain for the Michigan Wolverines, and his career in Ann Arbor was highlighted by a 2021 season that saw him haul in 38 passes for 437 yards and two TDs, helping Michigan reach the Big Ten championship game and the College Football Playoff.

All missed most of the 2022 season after having back surgery, but he’s made his return to the gridiron and will play alongside Cade McNamara at Iowa, and both will look to rekindle their connection.
