3. Marquise Lightfoot, EDGE, Kenwood Academy

Lightfoot’s impact seemed to be a guarantee in 2022 after impressing during his sophomore year at Kenwood. With a plethora of college prospects around him, Lightfoot was able to produce four sacks and 10 tackles for loss during his introduction to the prep scene. The Broncos edge rusher would go on to double his production in nearly every category during his junior year with 122 total tackles, 15 tackles for loss and nine sacks. Set to be the focal point of the team’s defense in 2023, Lightfoot will look to top his past work as opposing offenses gameplan around him.
