8. Damarion Witten, TE, Glenville

Ohio’s senior class features two elite tight ends, as Tayvion Galloway is also worthy of a spot in the top 10. However, Witten’s elite playmaking that was on display as Glenville won a state championship last fall is hard to ignore. In the OHSAA Division IV state semifinals, Witten took a screen pass 98 yards to the house, flashing spectacular speed and vision at his 6-foot-4, 215-pound size. In the state championship game, Witten caught three passes for 81 yards, including an impressive jump-ball touchdown. Following what should be another strong season at Glenville this fall, Witten will join teammate Bryce West in continuing the Glenville-to-Columbus pipeline by joining Ohio State.
