Top 10 Ohio HS football players in Class of 2024
7. Koy Beasley, S, La Salle
Beasley is one of several players on this list who make their living in the secondary and although he’s a bit smaller than some, the 5-foot-10, 170-pound safety makes up for it with tremendous speed and solid ball skills. During his time at La Salle, Beasley – who also is a state-champion track star for the Lancers – has played both corner and safety, and has also spent some time at wide receiver as well as a kick returner. Following a tremendous sophomore season in which he registered 44 tackles, 10 pass breakups and three interceptions, Beasley showed out once again as a junior, making 40 tackles, five pass breakups and an interception while also contributing 882 all-purpose yards. The terrific athlete had his choice of Power 5 programs to play for, and committed to Purdue in late June.
