9. Will Vaughn, Jr., Issaquah
Vaughn didn’t see much playing time as a sophomore, but he was able to make his first start later in the season and threw for 275 yards, two touchdowns and completed 76% of his passes. Heading into his junior season, he will look to take over the starting role for the Eagles and show why he’s one of the top prep QBs in the state.
