Longest losing streak

R.C. Hatch lost 70 straight games between 1997-2005 – which is the longest losing streak in Alabama high school history, according to the Alabama High School Athletic Association (via AL.com). 

It’s a record no one wants to challenge, and these days, coaches are often fired before having the opportunity to showcase eight straight seasons of bad luck. Columbia’s 63 straight losses come second to R.C. Hatch’s record.
