BALTIMORE, Md. (BVM) — The Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) will feature plenty of talent on the field during the 2023 season. Many top players have committed to powerhouse college programs nationwide and are ready to lay it all out for their prep teams — some who play national schedules — one last time.
